Training
We listen to recordings on a daily basis, to evaluate our performance and help in training. We are constantly training and improving the skills of our employees in understanding of the psychology of the inbound and outbound call. There is always room for improvement and growth. We let our people know how they are doing on a daily basis. Knowledge is power and we empower our people!
